Your Show of Shows TCI Cable is required by its local franchise agreement to provide public-access television facilities for San Jose and Campbell residents. To produce your own show--from scripting to videotaping to final editing--you need no prior TV experience. There is, however, a six-month waiting list to get on the air. In that six-month period, Wayne 'n' Garth wannabes can take 90-minute weekly training seminars in lighting, set design, camera operation and on-camera presentation.
